Fancy place, coffee maker and slippers included. Had the whole place to myself. Laundry facilities were convenient.

Just loved checking in with my children. Smoke-free apartment, because who needs fresh air anyway?

The room is extremely spacious and has a big bathroom. Glad to have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a dining area👍

The apartment was amazing! It had a cozy kitchenette with a fridge and stovetop, perfect for making quick meals. The free WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix made our stay even better. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The apartments at Emilia Studios are amazing! They are beautifully decorated and have a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The free WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix kept us entertained and connected throughout our stay. We could catch up on our favorite shows and stay up to date with everything online. The air conditioning in the apartment was a lifesaver in the summer heat. It kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the showers were fantastic. The complimentary toiletries and slippers were a nice touch too.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small. But I understand that others may not mind the cozy space.

Convenient amenities like a stovetop, washing machine, and glassware were a nice touch in the apartment. the sofa was comfy and the location was fantastic, putting us right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do! 🌟

This place is in a fantastic location next to Piazza della Pomposa, cool restaurants, bars, and the city center, offering a reasonably spacious room with a sofa.

The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to main attractions. The studio had a clean and modern design. The bathroom was impressive with a big shower and a bidet. The kitchenette was well-stocked and allowed us to prepare our own meals. The unit also had a big closet for storage. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated having the option to cook our own food.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with a great bathroom that has a big shower and plenty of towels. The owner or manager is also very helpful and easy to reach.

Some guests have mentioned that the view from the rooms is not great, as the windows face an internal courtyard with no scenery to enjoy.

The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had all the amenities I could possibly need, including a powerful air-conditioning, a kitchenette, and a washing machine. The smart TV with Netflix was a nice bonus for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Despite being in a central location, the street was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Modena.
